Here is why...Our products are printed specifically for you by our print-on-demand third-party vendor. If there is a misprint on the product or if product arrived damaged, please contact us to rectify. Email us at info@lemonandlava.com to advise us of the issue.
If there was a misprint or if the product arrived damaged you will be required to submit clear photos of the product's damage or misprint. Photos must be well-lit and clear to prove the problem with the product. Your item will be replaced with a new one.
